Comparative Analysis of Derivative Parameters of Chemoresistive Sensor Signals for Gas Concentration Estimation

چکیده
Signals from resistive gas sensors based on zirconium dioxide and silicon–carbon films have been extensively investigated to estimate concentration. In this study, the change in normalized resistance of sensor’s response under NO2 exposure is shown analysis first second derivatives curves were carried out. A signal-processing scheme, reducing effect noise signal drift, proposed. The extreme derivative sensor response, initial reaction rate, slope curve approximating line coordinates Elovich equation are proposed as calibration dependencies. built values maximum turned out be most stable, with lowest relative error estimating concentration compared traditional fixed-time point method.
